New Features:

* Brand New REPORT! module
	- cleaner, simple interface makes it easier to use

	- Work exactly like the current telephone categories

	- program installs 'LAN READY' by default rather than by exception
* Quick Search into Telephone Lists

* New Drop Down Calendars in Date Fields
	- the old scroll bars on date fields have been upgraded with new drop down graphicals
* Simple Call Logging
	- A text file called 'PHONE.LOG' will contain: DATE/TIME/PHONENUMBER/NAME AS LISTED
* DayTitles color now sets main screen calendar color highlight
	- Setting an optional Color of a Daytitle now changes the color of the highlight on the monthly calendar
	  this helps add additional emphasis to certain days
* User Definable Fields improved
	- Have now been moved to the top of the Telephone Entry Screen
	- Will turn black after customization to better match
	- Customized Names are now reflected in SEARCH and the REPORT! module.


Installation Tips:

Please ensure that an old copy of T&C is not running already on your machine,
before you run install.exe

T&C updates are always designed to be installed right on top of the old version.
Data Files will be maintained.  If conversion is required, it will be automatic
upon the initial startup.  Previous security codes from v4.x will be automatically
maintained.  If you have registered a v4.x product, this is a no charge update.
